CDAM Research Report, LSE-CDAM-99-02March 1999 |
D.G. Fon-Der-Flaass
Abstract
This report investigates the situation that infinitely many transmitters of equal power are equally spaced along the line, and a finite set of equally spaced radio channels is available. Using very little assumptions on the propagation model, it is shown that channel assignments that are periodic provide the minimal signal-to-noise ratio.
